When I first received my package the tent was very easy to assemble and looked beautiful. The only issue was that the bottom cover did not fit. The seller reached out to me, and made sure to send out a replacement the same day. A few days later I received the replacement and it fit perfectly. The seller reached out to me again after I received the new bottom cover asking to make sure that the cover fit, and to make sure everything else with the tent was still working great. The customer service from this seller is wonderful, and that is why I am giving 5 stars! They made it right immediately after I received my order and I have no complaints! The tent looks wonderful. In my photo I do not have the lights up as my cats frequently bat at them, but they are gorgeous and I plan to use them for something else! :) My one year old loves his tent and we have it in our dining room which doubles as his main play area. Highly recommend this! The padding that goes over the bottom cover makes all of the difference, it is so comfortable and soft and easily machine washable!My kids love this beautiful tent!The seller is amazing and really cares about the customer!When I assembled the tent I realized that the bottom cover was to small but didn't want to send it back because my kids loved it so much!The seller contacted me before I had a chance to massage him he apologized that there was a production mistake and they are going to send me a bottom cover replacement, I just had to give them my address and 3 days later I got the new bottom cover and it fit perfectly!They also sent me decorations for the tent and apologized again for the mistake.I'm really really impressed!Highly recommend!My and my little girl love this play tent so much. This play tent is so cute and at least can contain four children, It's so easy to establish and disassemble. I am lightly recommend patients to get one of this play tent for they children.so many funSturdy as long as the kids don't try to use the pvc pipe to do monkey bars. Easy to disassemble to clean!Ordered a less expensive tent for my granddaughter's birthday. Spent 30 minutes assembling only to find out that the tent would not fit on the tedious and very flimsy structure. Had to return it and made the birthday a little disappointing for me. Bought this one and my granddaughter could not be happier. She loves it and it will be pretty easy to take apart and reassemble when needed. It is a heavier PVC piping than the first tent. Only wish I had bought this one first.The initial shipment included a bottom part that was too small - it wouldn't fit the rest of the cover properly.The Seller - Sunny Castle - reached out to me without me initiating to make sure that the proper piece was shipped.When I advised that the bottom piece was too small, they immediately shipped out a larger bottom portion.Product is sturdy and good - my kids (and dog) love it, but the support has been even better.So so cute my niece loved it!!
